About 876 Collective
876 Collective is a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening individuals, families, businesses, and communities. We create pathways to housing stability, financial capability, meaningful employment, entrepreneurship, and long-term economic mobility. Our comprehensive approach recognizes that true prosperity requires support across multiple interconnected areas of life, and we work collaboratively with our community to help people move from stability to opportunity to lasting prosperity.
We are not a clinical behavioral-health or medical provider. Instead, we focus on practical, supportive services and partner with qualified community organizations when specialized clinical, behavioral-health, or medical services are needed. Our work is organized around five interconnected pillars: Financial Empowerment, Housing Stability, Workforce Development, Entrepreneurship & Small Business Support, and Community & Economic Development.
Our Services
Financial Empowerment & Asset Building
We provide comprehensive financial literacy and capability education including budgeting, credit building, savings, investing, asset building, homeownership readiness, wealth creation, and financial goal setting to help individuals build long-term financial stability and prosperity.
Housing Stability & Support
We offer affordable housing opportunities, housing navigation and placement support, homelessness prevention, transitional and supportive housing options, tenant education, housing readiness, and connections to voucher and rental-assistance programs. We work collaboratively with referral partners including social workers, housing navigators, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive support.
Workforce Development & Entrepreneurship
We support career exploration, job readiness training, resume and interview preparation, and small business support services to help individuals achieve meaningful employment and entrepreneurial success. Our programs connect people with the skills and resources needed for sustainable economic opportunity.
